How to Get to Different Countries on Supreme Ruler
- 1). Open the game's "Diplomacy" panel which is located at the top-right panel of the screen. A list of the other countries' rulers will be shown.
- 2). Click on the ruler you want to declare war with. A small panel will appear.
- 3). Click "Declare War" to begin warfare with the country. This will have several diplomatic consequences on your relationships with every country in the game, so this is expected to be a measure of last resort.
- 4). Press the "X" at the top-right of the panel. You may now move your units into a different country.
