One of the most effective ways to find natural anxiety relief is through music and dance therapy.
What better a way to forget about panic and worry then by letting your mind and body escape with some groovy movement to your favorite tunes? Dance therapy sure beats going into the clinical setting.
Plus it is much more fun and great exercise.
When I was suffering from frequent anxiety attacks, one of the best ways I could 'flip switch' my negative thinking was to go into my private basement, turn on the radio and dance into another world.
I would remember all of my favorite dance routines from Madonna and Michael Jackson videos and emulate them the best I could.

Dancing also allowed me to concentrate on movements and routines which are great for mental stability and agility.
I knew one thing was for sure, I would never experience panic or anxiety during dance time.

Since movement and emotion are related, it is almost guaranteed to help you find healthy balance and a sense of wholeness.
Mix this with some of your favorite upbeat dance music, and you have a perfect recipe for anxiety relief.
Finding the right kind of therapy can be tough to find so please let those inhibitions go and try dancing.
