How to Deflate Sissel Balls
- 1). Inflate your exercise ball by laying it out as flat as possible. Insert the tip of the mini-pump into the hole in the ball. Pump up the ball until it is 80 percent full and press the ball plug into the hole. Let the ball sit overnight to allow the material to stretch and the air inside to settle.
- 2). Remove the ball plug from the hole and use the mini-pump to finish inflating the ball. Fill it until you can press your finger into the side of the ball at a depth of two inches.
- 3). Remove the ball plug to begin deflating the exercise ball. Kneel next to the ball and use your upper body to apply gentle pressure to assist the air out of the ball. Continue until the ball is flat. Roll or fold the ball to remove the last amount of air from the ball.
