How to Send a JPG to an AT&T Phone

    • 1). Log into your email client, either on your computer or provided through a web-based email service such as Hotmail or gmail.

    • 2). Click on the "Compose" button to create a new email message.

    • 3). Enter the recipient's AT&T text address into the "To" or "Recipient" field. The address will be the ten digit AT&T phone number followed by "@txt.att.net." For example, if the recipient's phone number is "1234567890" you would enter "1234567890@txt.att.net."

    • 4). Click on the "Attach" option. Browse your computer and locate the .jpg image you wish to send to the recipient. When you find the image, highlight it by clicking on it once and select "Open." This will add the .jpg image as an attachment.

    • 5). Enter a message into the "body" of the email. If you do not wish to enter a message, skip this step.

    • 6). Click on the "Send" button. This will send the message to the recipient's text message inbox.
