Phocus
Definition: Phocus was the son of Aeacus and the nymph Psamathe, and the grandson of Zeus. When Phocus wound up alone and sad on an island, Zeus took pity on him and gave him company. Zeus turned the ants (myrmidon, in Greek) into men and women. Phocus was slain by his half-brothers Peleus and Telamon.
