Taking Care of Your Clients
One of the greatest things in life is the ability to learn new things and grow as an individual.
We all strive to get in a better position in life weather it is financially or personally we are all looking to achieve that.
I want to talk about services.
Now this is going to be in relation to our personal lives and business lives which 80% of the time most of us eat sleep and breathe this regimen on a daily basis.
It's important today to be open minded and go out to seek new avenues for your clients.
It's important to take into consideration that this could be the end all be it all for your client if you are not facilitating their specific needs and wants in order for them to be successful in their eyes.
How can we know what our clients want if we haven't experienced ourselves or got the information on what to do from a reliable source? We need to be more on it, these troubled times are making us business owners look to find other avenues of funding.
I had the pleasure of meeting one of the higher ups at Wells Fargo Bank and getting the opportunity to chat with them on the market.
He took an interest in what we are doing for the business community and turned us onto a gentleman that literally deals with the short end of the stick deals all day long.
It is completely opposite of what a traditional banker can and would do.
It's important to be connected with people full circle.
What information you can't get from the past, you need to be able to look to the future projections and be able to make it happen.
A long time ago, we had our hands tied; we looked to the bankers for traditional business loans and were finding massive rejections on all types of different levels.
It wasn't always because the business owner had bad credit or didn't have tax returns or financial's it was simply because they were being creative enough to be looking forward.
They were so far down in the hole it seemed almost impossible to get out.
Now when you have been down and in that position it's hard not to feel empathy for that individual who knows they may have already leveraged their house, all their personal assets everything they own, who knows.
This is important in today's economy for us as Business Coaches to be able to truly "coach" our clients, in all aspects of their lives and business.
I can tell you now and only now that the importance of having a well connected circle and being creative will get you and your clients to those next levels.
When the economy basically shut down you think they just stop giving away money, no! The money is still out there, a lot of it it's just that the banks, like us got more creative in the manner of which they loaned money.
They looked to factoring, accounts receivable, buying paper orders all different kinds of ways.
They even got into leasing back equipment to clients and allowing them to free up the money they had tied to the equipment.
They would hold the deed or title.
What would that do for you if you're in the hole? You start to rise out slowly and start to rise above the doubt of what you are trying to accomplish.
Take a good look around 90% of our country is run by small businesses just like you and I.
We need to be more aware of the importance of changing, as the markets change and the world changes we too need to change.
One of the important things to have in business is Passion.
I used to tell my employees who were working with clients on the phone and face to face with clients, make sure your projecting a positive attitude at all times no matter what.
I would hang mirrors in my employee's offices, they would sit at their desk and right in front of them there would be a mirror to view themselves.
You think it was so they could do their hair or tell themselves how pretty they were..
..
reason why..
..
if they are smiling and looking in the mirror and feel good, the client gets that same attitude being reflected through the phone thus making the client experience much better and the overall "ride" for the client excellent! Take care of your clients and the rewards are endless, even greater than imaginable.
I have to say that I am a giver and love to help people it's the most passionate feeling I have.
I live this.
I do it for other people and not me I truly love what I do and you should too.
If your not doing something you don't love or your working for someone who doesn't love their clients get out now and make the change the reward from my experience..
..
..
priceless.
