Plant a Tree to Save the Environment

24
A lot of people think that there is a lot of work involved with becoming greener and recycling to help the environment and so many people shy away due to thinking this.
There are many things you can do which you will immediately see or enjoy, I truly believe that many people don't get motivated with recycling due to the fact they cannot see an immediate change or help with the environment.
If you enjoy gardening or take pride in your house I would strongly recommend planting a tree.
Yes you did hear me correctly.
Not only does it replace one of many trees which are cut down daily and not replaced due to the even growing and demanding paper market but it also helps with photosynthesis.
Trees and other plants absorb carbon dioxide and thereby give off oxygen.
As a vital part in the natural atmospheric exchange cycle they are very helpful.
Although there are not enough trees to to fully counter-act the ever increasing carbon dioxide it will help.
Carbon dioxide is ever increasing due to automobile traffic, using heating and air conditioning, manufacturing products in factories and many other activities.
If you do not wish to help the planet by planting a tree in your garden maybe because of lack of space or lack of time for maintenance purposes it may be a nice idea to plant it in the countryside or your local park.
I would always get permission from your local council but they will often accept this due to insufficient funds for doing it themselves.
You could also sign up with a environmental group who plant trees in areas to help the environment.
