These keep dandruff off; prevent hair from drying and having thick scalp. Such conditions are known to cause premature loss of hair. It also facilitates the uptake of essential nutrients in the body.
  • Vitamin B6: This vitamin plays a very crucial role in facilitating hemoglobin production. These are very essential for proper oxygen circulation in the body. When you ensure sufficient consumption of this vitamin in your diet, you can be sure that your hair follicles will have enough oxygen. This will keep them healthy; hence, you will realize improved hair growth.
