Arabic Pita
When we refer to Dubai local foods, we will think of Arabic delicious foods. The main staple is pita, which is baked by special stove and the taste is very crisp. The shape of pita looks like squabby pillow. When you tear a piece of pita, the hot smell will flow out. The local residents often eat pita with sauce, sour cucumber and green vegetables.

Arabic barbecue
The two most famous kinds of barbecue in Arabic cuisine are kebab and shawalma. People select the lean meat in gigot and back of sheep and cut them into square pieces. Add some condiments including peper, salt, shallot, ginger, aniseed, and olive oil. Then bunch them in the one meter crooked chisel and put in oven. When the meat becomes yellow and crisp, you can take it out and have a taste.

Yoghourt and rice
Although Dubai people believe in Islam, they use Arabic alphabet. When you open the menu, you will find that the meat dishes improve their certification of nomadic generation. So, dairy and meat are widely used. Arab is considered as the hometown of various beans and saffron crocus. The Arabic porridge is added various spices such as mint, beans and yoghourt. When you taste the porridge, you would enjoy the combination of different tastes with your tongue.
