 If you think all anxiety is, is an emotional response to something that just happened, this could not be further from the truth.
 The truth is the symptoms of anxiety actually come before the emotional response does.

 I am going to be giving you a small list of the physical symptoms of anxiety and stress then I am going to tell you about the best way to get rid of them.
Because of how many symptoms there are, I will not be listing all of them.

 The odds are if you suffer from anxiety you will have at least 2-3 of these symptoms
  1. Chest pains and sometime heart palpations.
  2. Sweating way more than usual.
  3. Trembling and shaking.
  4. A racing heart rate.
  5. Higher blood pressure.
  6. Constantly feeling like you are "on the edge".
  7. Feeling like you are sick and possibly some vomiting.
  8. Always fearing you are going to die.
  9. Headaches (usually right above one eye).
  10. Being short of breath.
Remember, those are just some of the symptoms, you could be experiencing many more that are not listed.
 But the chances are if you suffer from anxiety you will have at least 2-3 of those 10 symptoms.
So what can be done about stress and anxiety? The truth is, stress can be an easy thing to overcome.
 Many people feel the need to go to a doctor and get a prescription from some kind of drugs.
 This could not be further from the truth.
 Actually, drugs can possibly make things worse.
 Sure they might help temporarily but in the long run they wont do anything to help anxiety and you will eventually become addicted to them (trust me I have been there).
The best way to get rid of the physical symptoms of anxiety and stress is to practice "relaxation techniques.
 With the use of these techniques you can allow your brain to see things more clearly rather than just seeing the worst possible outcome.
 All you need to do to perform relaxation techniques is to focus on your breathing.
 Breathe in slowly and out slowly.
 Focus on each and every breath and let your worries fade away.
