How to Set Tissot Watches
- 1). Pull out the small round knob on the right-hand side of the watch. This is known as the crown. Pull out gently until you hear two small clicks.
- 2). Move the time on the watch forward by turning the crown in a clockwise direction.
- 3). Move the time backward by turning the crown in a counterclockwise direction.
- 4). Continue turning until the correct date appears in the small window on the face of the watch. Continue turning the crown until the correct time is set.
- 5). Push the crown back in to the side of the watch when the correct time and date has been reached. Do not leave the crown pulled out, as this increases the watch's power consumption and may result in the time being altered accidentally through normal wear.
- 6). Correct the date without changing the time by pulling the crown out one time. You will hear one click. Turn the crown counterclockwise until the correct date appears. You can then pull the crown out one additional position to change the time without altering the newly set date. Push the crown back in to the watch when complete.
