How to Print a Microsoft PowerPoint Slide Without the Background
- 1). Click the "Microsoft Office" button in the top left corner of PowerPoint 2007. A list of basic options appears.
- 2). Click "Print." This will open a print setup window. You can also press CTRL+P to open the print setup window.
- 3). Choose to print the slides in either grayscale or black and white in the "Color/grayscale" drop-down menu, located in the bottom left corner of the print setup window. Printing in black and white or grayscale omits the background color.
- 4). Change any other desired print settings, then click "OK" to print PowerPoint slides without the background.
