How you can control Anxiety

Lots of people describe anxiety attacks as a lightning bolt from a clear blue sky due to the sudden onset associated with extremely uncomfortable signs and symptoms. Their breathing become rapid, they start gasping for air while their heart starts beating madly, they feel numb and dizzy. These symptoms can be so intense they feeling like dieing - literally.

For most, anxiety attacks often occur unexpectedly and with absolutely no apparent reason. A person who've no anxiety difficulties in his very existence may simply start to have one all of a sudden.

The main difficulties comes when panic attacks start interfering along with normal daily exercise. For instances, a person may never have difficulties shopping on it's own, taking a bus or eating in public places when they unexpectedly come with an "attack" during some of those situation. After that occurrence, he could be so traumatized by it that he start associating that situation with extreme anxiety and avoid it.

For others, the thought of being alone is enough to trigger another attack itself. They seek security together with others and is actually convinced that their own personal safety depends on having someone nearby at all times.

The good new is that anxiety attacks can be managed and stopped forever. The biggest hurdle is within understanding the myths and information about anxiety attacks. A large part of their fear of anxiety attacks stem from the myths it will kill them, which is totally untrue.

his is panic attack. Many who encounter it often rush straight to the accident & emergency departments thinking that they are having a center attack, seizure or stroke. Very often, they are told that there's nothing medically incorrect with them and they are not offered any help or solution. This strengthened their fear that they are dieing and they are the only one stuck with a few "mysterious illness".

This is how terrifying anxiety attack can be. The confusion it causes is enough to turn anyone's life upside down. One moment they're doing fine and also the next moment, they think they are dieing.

But make no mistake, if this been there as well to you, your not in a danger of dieing. You CAN control panic attack and stop this forever!

The KEY thing you must take note here's fear. What makes panic attack so horrible? Fear. You fear you have a heart assault. You fear that you are going to faint. You fear that you are going to die. That's why you fear panic attack, because you think it'll kill you.

While it may not seem like this, anxiety attack can't ever kill or harm you. This experience is the main body's natural reaction in times associated with danger. Your suppose to feel by doing this during a "panic" condition, when your below threat. That's why it can NEVER kill you, its a natural body reaction!

The problem here is that this body reaction is triggered for the wrong reason. You NOT in a danger but the actual "panic alarm" will go off. That's why you begin to feel a barrage of symptoms that does not tally with the situation your in. Your not suppose to panic whenever your shopping. Your can't be panicking whenever your taking a coach. This is the reason why it confuses a person.
