How to Remove Eggs From an Angel Fish
- 1). Clean a 1-gallon glass jar thoroughly. Fill the jar three-fourths of the way with tap water. Allow the jar to sit for 24 hours.
- 2). Add five drops of Acriflavine to the water. Place airline rigid tubing at the bottom of the jar so a medium stream of bubbles comes out.
- 3). Remove the eggs by removing the spawning slate from your fish tank. Immediately place the slate in the jar. The eggs should face the bottom of the jar with the airline bubbles rising close to them.
- 4). Keep the jar at 80 degrees for approximately 60 hours. At this point the eggs will begin hatching.
