For some strange reason many people are under the impression that the New Orleans Saints are going to be this years Super Bowl champions.
I think that some of these people are strongly influenced by their love for the Saints and that some just simply don't know their football.
Now I can honestly say that the Saints are playing great football right now and do stand a very strong chance of making it to the Super Bowl and possibly winning.
However, there are, in my own opinion many more reasons to think that they wouldn't than they would.
Here are top ten reasons why the New Orleans Saints will not win the Super Bowl this year.

1) The first and most important reason that the New Orleans Saints will not win the Super Bowl this year is because of a simple lack of experience.
They have never won one before and will face much more experienced teams in the post season.

2) The Saints don't have a good enough run game and will not succeed without it.

3) Their weaknesses have been exposed for the past two games in the regular season.
And they have lost to the lowest ranking team in the NFL.

4) Drew Brees cannot win it alone.
He will be under the hardest pressure of all when they reach the post season and I do not think he is prepared.

5) They do not have the proper personnel.

6) They do not play well in high pressure situations.

7) They do not know how to control the pace of a game.
Though they do well once they have a lead, they rely to much on their offense.

8) They do not know how to come back when they are down.
Once the Saints are behind in a game they have a very hard time recuperating.

9) The Saints rely far to much upon Drew Brees.
Which is a result of bad coaching.

10) Last but not least if the Saints have to meet the Colts in the Super Bowl, they don't stand a chance against a more seasoned team.
