Panic Attacks Panic attacks are a brief period of intense pain or discomfort brought on from a high levels of anxiety, often times a person will be worried about when their next panic attack will occur, this creates more anxiety only making the condition worse and worse.
Many people that suffer from panic attacks begin to develop paranoias, Some very odd such as dishwasher soap or have a constant feeling of being followed or their food is poisoned.
Although we are not sure why people would begin to grow scared of those things there are some which are understandable.
When a person suffers from a panic attack they feel as if they are going to die, this causes their brain to think it needs to stay away from anything causing anxiety in order to live.
Many people are worried about having an attack in public or around loved ones due to the fear of being humiliated and causing a scene, they begin to worry about this which causes anxiety, finally their brain will begin to make them deathly afraid of crowds or going in to public in order to keep them away.

  • Racing heart or tingling sensations
  • Often feeling chest tightness from anxiety
  • Dizzy spells leading to panic
  • Hot flashes followed bye waves of anxiety
  • Tightness in chest and throat- shortness of breath

  • Feeling unconnected to what is going on around you

Happily I can say this condition is very treatable with the right tactics.
Treatment Options Doctors and Psychiatrist can't do much for someone facing Panic attacks, usually all they can do is offer anti depressants which don't help most people and can have nasty side effects.
That is why most people turn to experts in this field that have written great books and courses teaching people techniques to overcome panic attacks and stop having them.
The best way in my opinion to find a treatment is to look at success stories, find people that were able to overcome Panic attacks and learn how they did it.
