Hair-Loss Prevention

27
Let me take this opportunity to address "the baseball cap.
" We all know how they can and do add stress to the scalp, thus - in time - adding to the problem of hair loss.
So guys: knowing this, is it really worth it to advertise for your favorite team every single day? I just don't think so.
I've rarely seen my father without a baseball cap, and that's fine.
But it's abundantly clear that wearing "Trademark" on his head all these years has added to his hair loss.
I mean, it's right there; we can see it.
Baseball caps are great, and I wear them from time to time, but just not every day.
Fear not, for I have a solution for those of you who don't want to have to "do" your hair.
And I get it: I'm a guy, too, and I really don't want to have to worry about using hair spray, wax, or whatever it's called.
Solution #1 Shave your head.
Especially if you live in a warmer climate...
just shave it.
You don't have to use a razor, of course, just a clippers; you can buy one for about ten bucks.
Then you're set: no gel, no hassle.
Solution #2 Restrict yourself to three days a week with the cap.
I realize this is starting to sound like a self-help book on baseball caps, but bear with me.
Just don't wear it all the time.
Switch off days with and without the cap.
Try not to wear it two days in a row, if possible, and go three or four days in a row without it.
The baseball cap should be the exception, not the rule...
if you care about hair-loss prevention.
