Dealing with panic attacks is a common search for people looking for ways to deal with an attack.

Simple breathing exercises can help you learn to relax.

Assure Yourself As scary as the panic attack symptoms can be, they are not fatal.
So you need to understand that there is no life-threatening situation on your hands.
That way you wont lose control, that's the worst thing that can happen.
Attacks are temporary, and it too shall pass.
