Due to these hard economic times more and more grown adults are finding it absolutely necessary to live with their parents once again.
Despite the well known stigma of living with your parents when grown, adults are using their head and putting their monies together with their parents in order to survive these hard economic times.
However, in many countries families have always lived as one large family unit.
To the intent that it would be exactly the other way around as far as any stigmas are concerned.
For a grown child to want to live on their own without a spouse would be like suicide or an insult to the rest of the family.
Most parents within their cultures take a huge responsibility to marry their child off no matter the age.
Children living with their parents brings many positive benefits to the psychology of the grown children and to the parents, not to mention, its much more economical.
Historically a family was more interested in the survival and reputation of the family name than the independence of one child or children.
Loyalty to the family and the build up from one generation to the next was always the main focus.
It seems that today in modern western societies such as America, the family is not focused on any identity but the self centered goals of individual younger family members ready to leave the "nest".
The problem is that when the parents get older and the grown children become accustomed to independence there is a huge separation that is created between the two.
And thus the cycle repeats itself.
Sometimes economic hardships end up having very positive benefits on the nuclear family.
In that, it brings children back to their family and "togetherness" is now practiced again.
