I always get a kick out of the funny quotes you sometimes see on the side of people's coffee mugs.
I've seen a few that really cracked me up.
Even the designs are outrageously funny.
However, I've seen those that weren't quite as funny as the mug's owner thought.
Some of them were downright corny.
Ok, you got me.
I'm also corny just for writing about this.
At least I know it though, right? Nonetheless, below I have listed some of my favorite funny coffee mugs.
The Security Coffee Mug I saw this ingenious design at my old office.
In many office break rooms employees leave their coffee mugs permanently for the next morning's cup when they arrive.
Sometimes you have the new guy or someone who doesn't realize those cups aren't for public use.
Well, this mug is the answer.
It has a hole on the side of it close to the bottom.
The owner of the mug has a key that will only fit their specific mug.
So they take out the key, plug it in to the hole, and pour themselves a cup.
Without the key the coffee just pours out of the hole and spills everywhere.
You'll never have to worry about someone else drinking from your cup ever again with this one.
I love it! The "I Pity Da Fool" Mug This is a great one for those that used to watch the A-team growing up.
We all remember Mr.
T and his mean-talking, Mohawk-headed, tough-guy attitude.
On the side of this mug reads, "Mr.
Tea".
Talk about a contrast in statements from Mr.
T to Mr.
Tea.
It's the prissy innuendo of Mr.
Tea compared to the tough Mr.
T that is hilarious.
The Potty Mouth Mug You may have seen this one but it is still a laugh inducer.
The coffee mug shaped like a toilet bowl is definitely a conversation starter.
Who can't laugh at the sight of someone drinking from the potty? It gets me every time.
The Go Big Mug No matter who is behind this cup it is sure to make you smile when you see it.
This is a huge coffee mug with a yellow measuring tape spanning the entire circumference from top to bottom.
Then, in large bold lettering it reads, "SIZE MATTERS".
Imagine seeing your coworker sipping from this.
Better yet, imagine seeing your boss.
Depending on which gender is holding it, he/she might just cause a riot of laughter.
I just don't want to walk in one day and see my mom drinking from it.
Yes, I just went there.

These are my top four funny coffee mugs.
These types of mugs might seem cliché or silly for some but I don't care.
One day it might feel like the world is against you and nothing's going right.
Then, out of nowhere, you see someone drinking coffee from a toilet and start laughing.
It might just help you put things in perspective.
Besides, laughing is something we could all do more of anyway.
