There are many methods that can be used to reach success.
These methods form the matrix of the actions that are necessary.
Each action is important and needs to be done on a consistent basis.
To reach success you need to set some goals and work toward them day in and day out.
The foundation holds these pillars that stand for 1.
Lead generation, 2.
Conversion, 3.
Training, 4.
Retention.
The first pillar is lead generation.
When you are looking to generate leads there are two different ways of doing this.
There is person to person or online.
No matter which way you decide there are many ways to do it.
What you want to consider is finding a method that you feel comfortable doing, something that you excel at.
This could be face to face networking, engaging with people if that is what you like to do.
If you chose online you need to be aware of the many Web 2.

When choosing the methods online think about the synergy between them.
To have success in an MLM business, as you know, the ways are numerous and your choice is important but the key is consistency.
So, you have gotten some leads now what are you going to do? If you do not know how to convert them into new recruits or an income source, what good are the leads? How you convert these leads is very important There is no trick to this, it is about applying what you have learned.
Once people are interested enough to talk to you about your service, it is time to use the closing skills that you have learned.
The art of closing is a skill that a sales person has to have.

Training is essential to keeping your new recruits.
One of the paradoxes in the MLM industry is that most people do not have any sales training but that is what we ask them to do, sell.

The rule of retention is the rule of success.
If you have one, you have the other.
Your recruits will only stay as long as they are successful in your organization.
When you are building your team there is a lot of things to consider.
To start off with you need a way to acquire new leads.
When you have a lead, it is important to make sure that they are qualified.
It would be a waste of time to start working with someone that is not qualified.
The conversion process now begins and you apply the the skills that you have acquired to sign them up.
Then you can start the training with the new recruit.
This training structure should allow them to choose what best suits their style.
And finally retention is not such a problem as long as you have the other three pillars firmly in place.
