Honda Ridgeline Instructions
- 1). Use the buttons on the key to lock and unlock the doors. Press "Unlock" to unlock and press "Lock" to lock. Press the respective button twice to do so for all four doors. Place the key in the ignition and turn the key while placing your foot on the brake to start the vehicle.
- 2). Press the button underneath the radio that looks like a vent to turn the heat on. Use the knobs with blue and red ends to turn adjust the temperature. The blue end represents colder air and the red end represents warmer air. Each knob adjusts for the respective side of the vehicle as the vehicle comes with dual climate control.
- 3). Press the "Power" button near the radio to turn it on. Turn the knob right to turn up the volume and turn it left to turn it down. Press the "Seek" button to search for new radio stations. Press and hold one of the numbered buttons (1-6), located below the "Seek" button, to set a station to that button. You can also use the "+" and "-" buttons located on the steering wheel to adjust the volume. Place a CD into the disc drive to play a CD.
- 4). Push down on the lever on the right side of the steering wheel to signal switching lanes to the right. Push the same lever up to signal that you are turning left. Twist the knob to turn the wiper blades. Pull the knob towards you to release wiper fluid on the windshield. The vehicle will automatically bring out the wipers to clean the windshield.
- 5). Press the "4WD" button to put the vehicle into four wheel drive. This setting is only meant to be used on rough terrain or if you are traveling in the snow. It can also be used if the vehicle is towing a large amount of weight behind it.
