Were you ever told to stay away from chocolate, if you wanted to lose fat? That's a lie! Chocolate can actually help you lose weight.
I'll give you seven splendid reasons why you should eat chocolate, if you want to lose weight.
However, note that I talk about dark chocolate with at least 60% cocoa.
And I talk about one piece.
Let it melt slowly on your tongue, thus releasing all of it's beautiful taste.

Chocolate helps women with PMS.
That way you avoid arguing with your boss and/or husband, and you avoid crying and eating a lot of junk food afterwards, just to soothe yourself a little.
