There's no point in writing you contents in your email like a website as most reader have short attention span and would rather scan than read your whole letter. So it is important to write your contents in cyber-bite€"only one point for one sentence.

People today have no time to read long email; they prefer the up-close and personal language of text messaging and instant messaging. So knowing what your prospects want to read and how it is presented to them will make a difference whether you can gain an instant rapport with them.

If they can trust you at an instant means they understood what you have said. Maybe you have kept the language simple, personal and are within the level of intelligence of your readers to comprehend it. That will show how useful it is in your selling process.
