Once you have these demons wrestled into control the next phase of being in control of your life is to make sure that you continue to act on these areas.
As time goes by you will find that you have mastered these demons.
You are now ready to face the next challenge in your life.

Well, if you look at the time you waste in any given day you will see there are huge chunks of time that you can use.
These can be learning a new skill like a foreign language or how to work a complicated computer program.
These skills you learn will be of help later on in life.

As there any number of distractions going on in life, you need to find a way of tuning these distractions out.
