Ford was filming Cowboys and Aliens in New Mexico, according to TMZ. So, the pair held their nuptials at the governor's mansion in Sante Fe. New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson, a friend to the couple, married Harrison and Flockhart, according to People. But Supreme Court Justice Charles Daniels also attended to make the union legally legitimate, according to ABC News. Little Liam was also in attendance.

The Honeymoon:

There's been no word of a honeymoon. But MTV speculated that the duo could afford an amazing one. Harrison and Flockhart ranked second to Beyonce and Jay Z on the Forbe's list of top-earning couples in entertainment after raking in $69 million from 2008 to 2009, according to MTV.

What the Press Says about Them:

The press was a little tough on this couple at the start of their relationship because Ford was still married. There's also a big age difference that has sparked debate and brought on a few raised eyebrows.

Still, eight years strong, the couple seems committed to one another -- and Liam. They don't seem to be bothered by all the talk. In more recent years, the press has focused more on the positive.

What We Learn from Them:

Certainly, this duo teaches that age does not matter if you're in love. Perhaps, we'll eventually learn from Ford that the third time's a charm. He has recently spoken of blissfully spending time with his family on the weekends.
