Just to test out the might of the travel aggregators, I recently compared the airfares available for three travel itineraries. The aggregators and a few of the larger online booking agencies (Travelocity, Expedia, Orbitz, Onetravel) were compared for final prices - taxes, fees, all charges included. Here is how they fared in the airfare wars...and who saves the most for the following itineraries:

London to Paris roundtrip - July 9-16, 2005
Aggregator fares: Cheapflights $152.60, Farechase $116.37, Kayak $106.37, Mobissimo $116.37, Qixo $131.37, Sidestep $116.37, Super Search - not permitted

Travelocity $152.60, Expedia $111.37, Orbitz - not permitted, Onetravel $116.37

Based on the above itineraries, looks like the aggregators have it...
