Seeking the Cure For Diabetes

30
With adult onset diabetes running rampant many clamor for more diabetes research to find a cure of diabetes.
Already as much as 20% of the population show signs diagnostic of the disease and many more are silently developing it.
With the dollars poured out for diabetic problems, 12 billion dollars per year on diabetes research and 105 billion dollars per year on treatment, we would expect more results by now in turning this disease around.
Knowing the biochemistry and physiology of the development and treatment of diabetes can be extremely valuable.
But in my educated clinical opinion, the real cause of diabetes and the "diabetes cure" may be as plain as the nose on your face.
But it's right under the nose, the mouth.
What goes into it feeds every cell in the body.
The nutrients ingested build all of the trillions of cell membranes in the body.
The cell membrane determines what gets inside the cell.
To maintain vitality of health the cell membrane must remain fluid with the ability to regulate the gates and channels into the cell.
This healthy cell membrane allows vital nutrients and fuel into the cell and ushers toxins and waste products out of the cell keeping a healthy balance inside the cell so it can produce lots of good energy and building blocks.
To construct healthy cell membranes the cell needs healthy omega-3 and omega-6 oils, some healthy saturated fat, good protein and the vitamin C complex.
Those foods keep the insulin-glucose pathways into the cell functioning normally so that insulin can easily slip just the right amount of sugar into the cell.
But does the modern population eat those healthy cell membrane building foods? Unfortunately, the body does not know how to handle the plasticized food that most people eat.
Those plastic foods come in the form of margarine, other forms of hydrogenated fat, fried food, trans fats, pastries, doughnuts, French fries, and other denatured, overheated and thoroughly bashed and trashed food.
Now the body has no choice but to try and utilize this "death" food to keep itself alive.
A dilemma ensues as the cell membrane fills up with plastic fats.
Next the cell membrane slides into degeneration in its ability to regulate the nutrients and wastes going into and out of the cell.
So the cell becomes starved for the healthy nutrients it needs and begins to drown in its own waste products.
Now insulin gets a really big job.
It cannot perform properly because of the deformity of the pathways into the cell.
Body physiology now has to use more force (a bigger hammer) to pound the glucose into the cell.
The blood sugar levels begin to climb as sugar backs up in the blood.
And the blood insulin levels go up too.
That's right most people with adult onset diabetes have high insulin levels, a hormonal response to the starving cell's need for sugar inside the cell.
With more and more obstruction in the cell membrane the insulin "hammer" gets bigger and bigger.
Billions of dollars provided to research institutes are spent in the quest to cure diabetes.
Sometimes we make things very complex when it's really as simple as the mouth on a person's face.
Refurbish the cell membranes.
It's just that simple.
Eat food that actually nourishes the body instead of slowly killing it with death food.
Johanna Budwig helped many folks improve their diabetes and other degenerative diseases by simply having them eat cottage cheese and a really good source of flaxseed oil every day.
The healthy fats come from the flaxseed oil and the specific proteins so vital for the cell membrane reside in the cottage cheese.
Changing highly ingrained dietary habits can often be difficult, challenging and overwhelming.
But once changed, the rewards are huge.
Blood sugar and insulin levels go down.
Energy goes up.
And a lifetime of misery has been averted.
To make the right changes people need to know the truth about what food serves the body the best and simple, easy ways to prepare tasty, beautiful, scrumptious meals.
Many diabetics have found great information on a lifestyle way of eating that most likely will contribute to that much sought after "diabetes cure".
Forget diabetic diets, counting calories or carbs or substituting this or that.
Simply follow this get healthy eating plan to turn the effects of diabetes around.
