Online Network Marketing System

The importance of having a marketing system is crucial to your success as a network marketer.
Specifically I deal with online systems.
I'm a child of the "internet age" and the whole online network marketing system seems to make so much more sense.
Don't get me wrong...
you don't have to be generation "internet" to get some simple tasks accomplished and generate leads, but yes, you absolutely will need an online network marketing system that will work for you.
In order to best help you understand why a system is so vital to your success, consider what your business (or any business for that matter) would be without a system and without processes defined clearly and procedures in place to handle each of the processes.
It would be chaotic, confusing and most of all, ineffective.
Let's take the alternative of that which is an effective system designed specifically to do most of the "heavy lifting" for you.
What I consider an "ideal" online network marketing system would need to include the following: 1.
A Lead Capture page with one and only one purpose: To collect the name and email of a prospect.
This may be done by giving away some sort of free product (think ebook or "free report") or possibly even detailed information about the products or system that people would be getting into once they committed to join your organization.
2.
Another page designed to elaborate on the product, create a sense of urgency, create the desire to own the product or system and of course the main benefits of owning this product (whatever that product may be).
3.
A "Funded Proposal" product or application.
Something specifically designed to weed out the "tire kickers" or "lookie-lous".
Let's admit that no matter your opportunity, there are a lot of people that simply don't qualify and aren't worth your time pursuing as potential business partners.
This product should separate those that are serious about this opportunity from those that aren't very serious.
This funded proposal system should have a price point of around $20 - $70.
Ideally, somewhere around $50 or less.
This variable can be tested.
Let's face it, if the prospect isn't willing to spend $50, what makes you think they'll ever dedicate the time, effort, and marketing budget required to succeed with this system of yours?? 4.
A method of notifying you of the progress along the way that your prospects take from being prospects, to becoming leads (i.
e.
providing you with their name and email address) to becoming purchases (at least of the funded proposal product) and then eventually business owners along with you.
This method of communicating with you would most likely be email notifications, but some sort of statistics package built into the system will help greatly for you to know which of your marketing methods are producing the best results (search marketing, search engine optimization, free classified sites, article marketing, or social networking, etc.
) 5.
Tracking.
As I just eluded to, you should have a method of tracking the results.
Google Analytics works well, other options may include Hypertracker or the system itself may have very specific reporting capabilities built into the system itself.
As you can see from this brief outline, you have a system where your entire "job" or task related to the system is to drive traffic to that landing page.
You'll only take time with those individuals that have actually passed the "funded proposal" test.
Ideally, you'd even have a method in place to have those leads contacted by professionals even before you ever got them on the phone.
This would eliminate the problems of having to "close the sale" and would truly take the individual out of the equation.
Lastly, in my opinion, the best part about this system is not only the end result of getting sales, but the list building that you're doing will produce leads that are interested in anything related to working from home, home business opportunities, network marketing, making money online, etc.
and YOU OWN the lead.
Assuming 90%+ of all your leads never even make it past the funded proposal test, and the other 10% don't all become distributors or business owners in your organization, you have a big percentage of those leads that never actually take any action in making you money.
This isn't a problem when you consider sending another product or service offering to this group via email...
remember, you own the leads, so you can market to those leads as long as they stay in your auto-responder and don't unsubscribe.
With the fact that you own the leads and should be able to market to those leads, the value of each lead from the original reason you got that lead (your main business opportunity) should be well in excess of what you paid to get them (even if you're bidding upwards of $2 - $3 per click on a network like Google AdWords or Yahoo Search Marketing).
The other great part about this system is that the funded proposal can also be used to offset the cost of the advertising (again assuming you decide to pay for your traffic to your landing page).
So, you can see that the value of a system like this in helping you build your business, manage the time you allot for each of your "leads" and what you can do with the leads that never even buy your opportunity.
A system like this would be awesome.
Your options are to find a system like this and tweak it to match your product...
or custom create your own system.
Either way, your ability to use a system like this will great increase the likelihood of your success.
