The Future of the Wireless Industry
It is difficult to imagine what the future of the wireless technology industry might be like. Think about how much the world has changed over the last 10 years and ask yourself the question, what does the future really hold? Wireless technology is at the forefront of every major technological advancement going on today. Can you imagine a world without wireless technology? Nothing back to the world without wireless technology just 15 years ago. It's crazy to think about how fast our world has changed.
I don't know about you, but there is no doubt in my mind that the future of technology is definitely exciting. Wireless technology has already made our modern world look as though it was something out of Star Trek, but even more advanced than Star Trek ever was in some cases. The future of wireless phones is exciting as well.
I would not be surprised at all if wireless technology replaced all hardwire technology within the next 10 years. I can see a world where desktop computers no longer exist, a world where wireless technology interlinks everything and everyone in our everyday lives. Wireless is definitely the wave of the future and that to me is exciting.
It is difficult to imagine what the wireless world of 2020 might be. It would not surprise me if mobile technology ended up being something that could be implanted or downloaded into your brain. That sounds like crazy science-fiction type stuff, but look at the crazy science-fiction type world that were living in. The flying cars may not exist, but what we do have is so far beyond what anybody who is imagining flying cars could have come up with in their wildest imaginations.
Think about what cell phones already have the ability to do. You can look at the weather, pick stocks, search anything on the planet, plan your day, play games, watch movies, play music and pretty much everything else that you can imagine being able to do in the world away from your for. The technology is already as advanced as it needs to be but the devices are definitely going to change.
It is logical to think that future mobile devices will be larger than a blackberry but smaller than an iPad. It is hard to know, but it is fun to think about nonetheless!
The wireless age is definitely not going away. It is the logical transition of existing technologies and we're pretty much already fully integrated. There is no doubt that the future will boast wireless capabilities that you and I cannot even think about today, just as those who are thinking about the future 15 years ago could not have predicted what the world would be like as it is now. How blown away with somebody be to see a modern android phone just 15 years ago?
