But they are not weak in wisdom, intelligence, performing work and knowledge than the men rather they at time show more prodigies compare to their male partners. It is unfortunate that women are lagging behind in many nations due to prejudices stirred from traditions and belief of past generations as they are to confine to house traditionally with household chorus. Those nation have gone through experience, wisdom, intellectuality and knowledge of the women have scored success on the economy. Should a nation serious about development, they must be serious about working with women. Success of a family depends on a woman's driving capacity of whose motherly touch turn the whole family prosper and pleasure with children's proper education. Women are not only the backbone of the family, not only backbone of the community, they are indeed are the backbone of the nations. Now, many changes have happened on women empowerment; these changes are increased freedom and belief buildup of parents towards daughters, the opportunity of education has been expanded, education is now not concentrated towards one gender only but it covers both sexes. Education facilities have been broadened as many educational institutions have been opened for both.   Women have somewhat succeeded in breaking the persistent knots of narrow minded people by endeavoring in each and every field of life.  They have entered politics, business and industries with becoming entrepreneurs in many countries.

Many large and small businesses are running by them with accommodating a lot of jobs contribution to the economy. It is right way and intelligence work to invest fund to women entrepreneur trades to produce jobs which will bring down the unemployment rate. Data from the World Bank and other institutions reveal that small and medium scale business owned by the women are the driving influence of the economy creating colossal employments. Those women are successful in their business, have acquired capacity, ability to lead a country forward.
