Do you drastically speak your mind up? What is your natural reaction when you get angry at something or someone? Do you eat much to get rid of it? Or simply say what's on your mind at the moment? We'll most people do the first option.
They eat much as if they are trying to focus their anger and anxiety on food and stop eating when they feel their anger tones down.
But, do you think this is much better than to let yourself speak your mind and have nothing to worry after you have released your anger or your wounded ego? Well, here is the other side of the coin wherein you could also choose to speak your mind.
When you are being faced or confronted with situations that gets you frustrated or being hurt, you may resort to display anger in any way you are being accustomed to show.
You may sometimes hear people telling you bad words or nasty sentences but in the end treat you well as if nothing bad happens that day.
You may also find yourself sometimes telling the other guy things you ought not to tell him as you know how painful your words are, but then you can't stop your yourself from doing it as you feel better to speak your mind.
Evaluate your emotional state on these situations.
When do you really feel good about yourself after getting mad at something? Is it when you speak your mind or eat your anger? You maybe suffering more after effects after eating your anger as you get more and more overweight or still feel an incomplete release of tension from that previous anger.
But, you may think that's better than to speak your mind.
Well, you maybe right but to speak your mind also means a lot of help not only to your emotions and mental hygiene abut also to your physical health as well.
When you speak your mind, you release your anger fully while trying to be logical and civilized in your arguments.
You won't feel much stress after you have said what you wanted in a particular situation then you have your mind create a positive plan of action to get things done harmoniously as you forgive yourself and the other person for a renewed healthy friendship or teamwork.
Most women often get in the case of overeating when confronted with anger.
This is somehow dangerous as they are risking their health to cover up their emotions.
Well, the trick here is you should keep everything in balance.
There is a right time speak your mind and there is also the time to escape anger but not with overeating.
Think and experiment on different ways and tactics that will work for your personality to cope up with anger or frustration that will not cost you to sacrifice your health.
However, when you feel that you really need to speak your mind on something sometimes, then you are free to do it moderately.
