  • 10 sheets of phyllo dough
  • 8 ounce wheel of Brie
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2/3 cup of blueberries, fresh
  • Cooking oil spray
How to Make It Combine together the sugar, lemon juice, and the blueberries.
Set to the side.
On a baking sheet, arrange the phyllo sheets.
In the center, place the Brie wheel.
Spoon the blueberry mixture on top of the Brie wheel.
Take the edges of the first phyllo sheet and fold it over to top the wheel of cheese.
Spray with cooking spray, lightly.

Bake for 25 minutes at 375 or until the top is browned.
