How do I Take Pictures Off of a Samsung Messenger & Put Them on a PC Without a Memory Card?
- 1). Open your Internet browser and navigate to the Samsung.com website. You first need to download the drivers for the Samsung Messenger. You cannot upload the images from the mobile device without the drivers installed on your computer.
- 2). Click "Support," "Mobile," and "Cell Phones," then choose the carrier you are using and select "Messenger." This displays a download link for the driver. Double-click the driver and wait for it to download to the computer.
- 3). Double-click the downloaded driver to launch its installation wizard. Follow the prompts of the wizard and click "Install" to install the drivers onto the computer.
- 4). Plug the USB data cable into the power port on the Samsung Messenger. Insert the opposite end of the USB data cable into a USB port on the computer system.
- 5). Click "Start," "(My) Computer" and double-click the removable device icon. A window appears with all of the files on the Samsung Messenger. Select the "Pictures" folder, then click-and-drag the images from the open window onto the computer.
