I feel like I've started to sound like a broken record, but Marvel has done it again! I recently saw X-Men: First Class, and I honestly feel that it is one of the best comic book movie ever. Even though I was a fan of DC Comics, Marvel series I read was the X-Men. I was always able to relate to the situation of mutants, because they were always outside of society, watching and had to deal with prejudice, ridicule, persecution and exile. All these are clearly visible in this new film, which is located in 1960, where tolerance and acceptance have been almost a foreign concept around most of the world. Add this mutant drama "coming out" to the world a great real-life drama of the missile crisis in Cuba and find the best screenplay, best film overall operation and better than the X-Men franchise.

This film helps us to better understand the many relationships that are familiar and even some new questions that hopefully will see future installments. First of all, we have a little 'back as Magneto and Xavier childhood, and what seems to them to go for roads that we have seen in previous films. What is pushing to become the villain Magneto, what do we know? As you learn to control their abilities? Xavier brings a wheelchair? As the two meet and form their friendship? What the origin of the mystic, and is as will be the second in command of Magneto? I like that these answers are in this film, as I did not know most of these responses, it was said as a timeline at the beginning of the X-Men.

Now, if the events in the film relate to events as they said in the comics, I could not tell you everything because I started to read them in the late 80's, but I really enjoyed how they explained these things in the new film.

Another great thing about this movie is that we are introduced to a variety of mutants, both heroes and villains we have not seen on the big screen. We get to see the animal before it is transformed into a blue fur the guy, he became, Banshee, Havoc, Sebastian Shaw, Emma Frost, and Azazel. All these guys support the character behind the big guns of Magneto, Xavier and mystery, but it helps us gain a better understanding of how X-Men were formed, and how Xavier school started. Also, I'm not sure if the film follows the same story as the comic. At the meeting Alex Summers, aka Vandalism I wonder if it will be Scott Summers, aka Cyclops father or other relative. Villain Azazel has the same carrying capacity as Nightcrawler. Does this mean that they are father and son with a mother Mystique, Nightcrawler gave her blue skin? Again, more questions, I hope I have answered in the next episode.

This film works on all levels, but none as much as the acting talent they threw in these iconic roles. The stars include Michael Fassbender as Magneto, James McAvoy as Professor Xavier, Jennifer Lawrence as a mystery and Kevin Bacon as Sebastian Shaw. These four performances steal every scene they are in, and made each of their roles themselves. Kevin Bacon was really surprised by his fluency in German and Russian, and it reminded me what an incredibly bad guys, he can play. I've never seen before Jennifer Lawrence, but I can certainly see how it is now an actress nominated for an Oscar for Bone winter. I've always been a fan of James McAvoy, and he strikes out of the park again with his performance witty, charming and sincere teacher. Finally, Michael Fassbender, who has impressed with his performance in Inglorious Bastards, Magneto made his own and gives the best performance in the film.

I really cannot say enough how much I liked this movie. It 'really upsets me that have no more money in its opening weekend, and I really hope that more people are out and see this in the theater. I would hate to stop doing these movies in the studio, why not make as much money as they expected. If they can maintain qualities of the films are higher here, you could have a franchise, being around for quite a while 'time. So go support this extraordinary figure and show that you want to see more high quality movies that are not comic book style over substance.
