By the third day, you will already be feeling better and be ready to eat healthy all day.

€ If you are not already engaging in exercise, start that on the third day as well. Even if you can only manage a walk around the block, go for it. If you are doing more than you did before starting the weight loss clinic's program, you are burning more calories than you did before. Whatever kind of exercise you are doing, increase the intensity and/or duration frequently. Challenge yourself to do a little more. Begin to incorporate strength training into your exercise plan once you feel ready. Firming up as you lose weight will help you look more toned once you reach your goal weight.
