No Nookie? 4 Barriers to Getting The Lovin" You Want
I was recently asked the question in one of my seminars:
In your opinion, what drives so many women to withhold (or worse yet, lose interest in) SEX?
Luckily, over the years I've had countless women confide in me their answers to this tricky question.
...and the answer is probably not what you think!
4 Barriers
From what I've gathered, there are 4 primary barriers to getting the lovin' you want from the woman you love...
Barrier 1 - She's not getting her needs met.
The #1 factor in libido loss for women (libido triggers the desire for sex) is "emotional disconnect". Women's libidos are directly tied to how they feel emotionally. This is a simple psychological secret, that, once learned, can be utilized to fix all the problems in your relationship - and in your sex life. Intimacy in marriage and relationships starts with communication, and communication (if you haven't noticed) is a female aphrodisiac. If she's feeling unfulfilled, chances are she's shutting down, which can only mean the sexual faucet will soon be turned off entirely.
Barrier 2 - She's feeling unsexy
This, as you might have guessed is tied to barrier #1. No matter how much a husband loves his wife, if he's not communicating well (and this may be entirely her perception of things) she's going to retract emotionally and chances are she'll begin to fill the void that's left with things like food, alcohol, etc. This is a slippery slope, as once this vicious cycle starts it's hard to stop. There are things you absolutely MUST know if you want the communication in your marriage to improve, ESPECIALLY when her self image may be an issue...
Barrier 3 -You're not paying attention
If she feels you've checked out of the relationship, the marriage has little intimacy and you've lost confidence on how to pleasure her, she may completely shut off sexually. It's too much for her to deal with the marriage conflict in the bedroom. To make a woman orgasm you must be able to make her completely trust in you, which isn't easy once you've lost your footing with her. Unfortunately, one of the most common male problems is lack of focus, which in turn leads to things like libido loss and an inability to figure out how to give her pleasure. It's a real challenge to find yourself in this position, but there is a way out...
Barrier 4 - You've forgotten how to be romantic
If you're experiencing problems in your relationship and want a better marriage, the key is to remember how to satisfy a woman. Think back to when you first started dating her, what did you do? There are psychological secrets that men tap into when "courting" a woman that they seem to forget once they are in a relationship or married. 10 years of studying psychology and behavior has taught me a lot about people, and what I've discovered is amazing!
