Bottom fishing lets anglers drop the bait to the bottom of the ocean floor in hopes of landing red snapper, vermilion snapper and trigger fish. • The Happy Hooker is a custom-built yacht that measures 36 feet. It's captained by Jim McCellon, who has 30-plus years' experience and is licensed as a captain by the U.S. Coast Guard. Inshore, offshore, bottom and trolling fishing charters can be arranged, as well as two-day trips. The Happy Hooker has a cabin with air conditioning and a restroom on board.
