30
If you want to feel emotionally secure in the workplace, without the worry and stress of panic attacks , then this is the article for you to read.
I will show you a couple of techniques that have not only worked for me amazingly, but worked for thousands of other people, and will certainly work for you too if you follow the steps.
Everyone deserves a panic-free life, and so should you.
What you can do during the a panic attack: When you start feeling anxious, the best thing for you to do is to stop it from elevating into a full-blown panic attack.
Here is how to do it: You need to know how to properly breathe.
Many people are told to breathe, but it never really works for them because they are not taught exactly how to do it.
Some of them get more anxious because they are doing it wrong.
When you do it wrong, you are filling only the top part of your chest with air.
But to do it correctly, you should fill your lungs with air and breathe from your diaphragm.
How to breathe correctly with no effort: - Make a loud "sh" sound and you exhale all of the leftover air in your lungs.
When that happens, your body naturally sucks in air into your lungs and thus reaching fully into your diaphragm.
That is the proper position your body will be in when you take a deep breath (your belly will inflate).
- Take in a deep breath and fill your lungs with air, enough air to expand your diaphragm, that is, your belly should expand, and not just your chest, when your lungs are full of air.
- Hold the breath in for 3 counts.
-Slowly exhale from your mouth.
-Repeat until fully relaxed.
