Comments from Jennifer Kyrnin: A nice CSS layout, but the designer should definitely test in both Firefox and IE. As you can see from the screen shot, the boxes don't line up correctly, and so the headline is a bit over-written. I like the use of card suit characters for the links - good tie-in to the site topic.
