Hi, my name's Patricia and I'm going to show you how to glue doilies. Now first we have our doilies and then a piece of paper as a support, a magazine for use with the paint glue and my paint glue which is actually white glue in a jar with a paint brush. And then water, just to wash the brush off with. Now we have a magazine and what I like to do is use it just so that I don't get glue all over the place. I take my white glue with the brush and I just quickly coat it with the white glue. And if you have a child around, let them do this because they love using the paint glue. Alright, and I give it a nice coat. You really want to get those edges or else they're going to pop up. And it can rip off later. So here you can blot it a little bit to get it in all the crevices and then when you're finished you pick it up off the magazine and glue it onto your paper or wherever you may be gluing it. Again, white glue might be on the outside of it but it's okay because this glue dries totally clear. So you wont see it after it dries. So don't be worried about excess glue. And then I'm going to turn the page in my magazine and glue one more doily just so that you can see for a second time. Again, really getting it in all the crevices with the paint brush. This is the best way to glue doilies. You can use spray glue, you can use a glue gun, but this is the best way. Possibly a glue stick but I like using my paint glue. Alright and this goes right in the middle. And, as you can see, you have a doily on a doily on a piece of paper. And it can be a flower or many other different projects. And there you have it. Enjoy.
