When it comes to diet health everyone's body is not the same.
One area that often causes people to differ in their diet and health practices is food allergies.
Food allergy reactions can range from mild symptoms, such as a rash, or fatigue to reactions that are so serious they can cause death.
Obviously having a food allergy can be a nuisance because you have to always pay attention to what you are eating.
This not only causes a diet change, but a lifestyle change as well.
When you are food shopping you have to read all of the ingredient lists and make sure that the food you are buying is safe to eat.
It becomes hard to go out to restaurants as they often don't have an ingredient list included in their menu.
However, there are certain restaurants that are starting to include special items that cater to those with common food allergies.
One of the Most Common Food Allergies Gluten intolerance, or celiac disease, is one of the most common food allergies in the United States.
Gluten is a type of protein that is found in most foods containing wheat, rye, oats, or barley.
These foods most commonly include: * Pasta * Bread * Cookies * Beer * Pizza The Good Part If you have celiac disease the good thing about your new diet is that it's healthier.
If you notice, there is not one item listed above that is healthy for you, so you don't really need to eat it anyway.
Usually, after the first couple months on their new diet a food allergy sufferer will lose weight, have brighter eyes and brighter skin, have more energy, and sleep better.
This is because they are forced to eat the right food for their body.
They will often eat more salads than pastas or sandwiches, and have their meat broiled with spices and lemon juice rather than marinated in a heavy battered coating.
People with gluten intolerance usually can still eat rice, lean meats, beans, fruits, vegetables, flavored oils, nuts and popcorn etc.
However, the diet health change is not necessarily easy.
It depends on your level of desire.
It is not easy to stop eating things you like and constantly be aware of what you are eating and its ingredients.
It is also hard to start eating healthy fruits and vegetables most of the time if you are used to eating pizza and bread.
However, it can be done and should be done.
Once you make it a few weeks, start to lose weight, and feel better it will be easier to stay motivated to continue the diet.
And if you start feeling and looking better because of your new level of diet health I don't know why you would miss the old one.
