How to Send E-Mails Using Microsoft Outlook
- 1). Click the "New" button in the toolbar underneath the "File" tab. Select "New Mail."
- 2). Type the email address of your recipient in the "To" text box.
- 3). Type the reason for the email in the "Subject" text box. This is just a brief overview of what the email will discuss.
- 4). Type your message in the space provided beneath the "Subject" line.
- 5). When you're done composing your message, click on the "Send" button in the menu bar underneath the "File" tab to send it.
