Donald Trump for President and Trump Network Information

32
Hold on to your hats, Donald J. Trump is likely to be running for President in the 2012 election. Having a reputation for speaking his mind, his involvement in the Republican roster of candidates will undoubtedly offer the press plenty of sound bites as the election draws near. Many people question the possibility that Mr. Trump is really not a serious contender and is just using the moment to have his name in the press, a tactic he has used for ages with outstanding success. Only time will tell.

Donald Trump attended the New York Military Academy and was a graduate in 1964. His first two years of college were at Fordham in the Bronx, before being accepted by Wharton School of Finance. UponAfter graduation he went to work in real estate apprenticing with his father, Fred Trump. His father was much more conservative than his son, so Donald set his sights on Manhattan to build the life of his dreams. With all he had learned from growing up in a world of construction and residential management and the proper education he had been directed to by his parents, he attacked the real estate market in New York with a tremendously aggressive approach. He was incredibly focused and on a mission to make himself known to some of the most powerful leaders in New York. There he was in an environment where the real estate market was suffering through hard times. But Donald looked at the downturn with a positive eye and viewed conditions as an opportunity he could craft into something great.

Driven by his ambition and a dynamic work ethic that drove him to do all the digging he could about every plan that came to him, he acquired one property after another. He bought properties on credit and went on to develop profitable projects. Many of the development plans he tried to sell to city leaders were considered controversial and wound up as stories in the news. Little did he know it then but all the controversy that was highlighted by the press were a powerful force leading to the branding of his name. Hotels, apartments that were later converted into condos, office space with multi-year leases, and air rights as he discovered imaginative ways around obstacles were the kinds of things he purchased and constructed.

Trump was given credit for rejuvenating Manhattan and was known as a one of a kind entrepreneur. When he rescued the Wollman Skating Rink debacle in Central Park he basked in the glory of being called a true Manhattan hero. The city had already squandered over twelve million dollars on the project. He and his experts took on the skating rink project and got it impeccablydone ahead of schedule and under budget. The praise in print and on the airwaves again put the name Trump in a place where the world would see it.

Since those years Donald Trump has gone on to cultivate a brand that is recognized around the globe. He certainly is outspoken at times but maybe that is just a piece of his marketing game plan to build his brand in the minds of the world. Some people are less than pleased with his flamboyant image. Think of the phrase that echoes in your mind when you picture his monster TV show, The Apprentice. "You're fired" is not a very uplifting phrase, but you hear it and picture Trump.

Anyone evaluating his life would say Mr. Trump has done it all. People credit him as being one of the world's premier real estate giants, a best selling author many times over, a giving philanthropist, the star of a top hit television show season after season, and he has recently even become partners in a Network Marketing enterprise to offer average Americans a chance to live with the security of residual income without the typical risk. The company is called The Trump Network.
