How to Measure Chest Expansion
- 1). Raise your arms slightly to your sides. This is just to give the measuring tape room to get around your chest.
- 2). Ask a friend to wrap a measuring tape around your chest. It should cross your nipples and your shoulder blades, as this is what makes the fullest part of your chest. Remember that it is a circumference, not a length or width, so your measurement is at the point where the measuring tape meets itself.
- 3). Write down your chest measurement.
- 4). Measure and record on a regular basis. This may include once a week, twice a week, or more, or less than that. Be consistent -- if you're going to measure once a week, measure every single Monday, Tuesday, or whichever day you choose. This will give you a good snapshot of your chest growth.
