Are you sick and tired of looking in the mirror and seeing not anything but fat? Think about it. Who wants to be fat right? This is especially true if you are a woman.

You take pride in how your body looks, and feel betrayed whilst you look at yourself and all you see is an heavy or flabby body.

That is not what you want for your life! You want a body to be proud of.

Unfortunately, obesity is a pandemic in this country and it is only getting worse by the year. Why is this occuring?
The trouble lies in several areas. One big area is the marketing industry. Every time you turn on the TV all you see are ads for food products.

In fact, obesity has actually become a severe issue worldwide. The heath situation of the majority of people in developed nations has deteriorated to such an extent that it has literally become a disaster.

According to experts, about 70% of the adult population living in the U.S is overweight. This means if you are skinny and well or make up the minority.
Another reason for obesity is that people watch fast food commercials on TV that highlight McDonalds or Burger King.

When people like you observe these ads, you think how rapidly you can get that food, so you don't have to cook. So you go out and purchase the stuff, only to realize later it caused you to gain weight.

The food business wants you to do this so you can get overweight. Then you will go out and spend more money on diet pills. This way you can get thin and then begin all over by going back to the fast food joints to get fat yet again. It is a catch-22 situation. It is a vicious cycle.

One more reason we are getting fat, is because most of us live inactive lives. Children are not spending their time running around and playing games outside. Instead, they hop on their video games or spend time surfing the Internet and chatting with friends or others.

The biggest reason for obesity is because of the foods eaten. Everything that is purchased from the store is processed.

When you consider it, you may be one of those folks who see yourself as fat and maybe unattractive. If you do, I have news for you. You are not by yourself.
Those who are struggling to lose weight just as you are. Those people are using every fad diet known to men. All with the intentions of losing the surplus fat they have accumulated.

They all do go through diverse rituals, thinking that doing so will help bring the fat off, only to be dissatisfied.

Some folks even go through rigorous exercising, thinking the weight will come off, only to find when it does, the weight goes back on.

There are those folks who simply give up, thinking they will never drop the weight, no matter what method they try. Perhaps this is your thinking as well.

Just sitting in the chair and wishing for your body to get fit won't cut it. You are required to do more. You need to take action.
You may not believe this, but I was just like you at one time. I was thin, undernourished. I then started eating a lot and accumulated so much weight I looked like a balloon.

I was embarrassed to show my face. My physician told me to lose the weight or depart this life. So I went on a severe diet and lost about 20lbs in 4 weeks. I was actually doing it. However, it did not last.

Within a month, I was back to the weight I had before. Why? Because of bad eating behavior.

I went on a long voyage of self-discovery. I did a lot of study. I talked to experts in the fields of medicine, health, nutrition, and physical fitness.

After chatting to every specialist I got my hands on, I began to set all the pieces of the puzzle together. I tested certain things and re-tested.

Following nearly 20 years of experiments and testing, and additional research, I realized what it was I had to do.
I began to combine many methods and techniques. I would switch one form of food item for another. I read all the books on what foods are good quality and what were bad.

I studied the human body and learned how muscles worked. I took this knowledge and set up an exercise agenda that would give me ultimate outcome.

After all the research, interviews, testing, and experiments, I finally came across foods that I knew would help me drop weight. I also established what type of exercise would help me as well.
