Our nation is full of fast food and unhealthy diets.
It is regular and normal to eat fast food twice a week, and sometimes more than that.

Being vegan also strengthens the immune system and fights off life-ending diseases such as cancer.
You will also contribute to the environment and help stop animal cruelty.
A large portion of greenhouse gasses being emitted into our atmosphere are from factories that slaughter and process animals.
By living a vegan diet you choose to eat natural plant-based foods, which actually reverse global warming on our planet.
