Now, you must start eating 6 smaller meals per day. There is no way around this. If you don't want to even consider doing this, then stop reading right now. However, if you are willing to accept what may be new ideas and you are serious about easily losing weight, then continue on.

The top dietician professionals have been saying for years that the 6 meal per day system is vastly superior to the classic three meals a day that most of us grew up with.
