What are the two most important secrets of a successful entrepreneur? What I have realized in my journey of becoming a successful entrepreneur is that it's definitely important to have self-esteem, be confident, and to be a leader, but one aspect of mindset that is sometimes overlooked when learning to be successful is authenticity.
The other often overlooked ingredient is being able to visualize yourself as the person you want to be once you have attained your goals.
Both will catapult you to the life you want to live.
To be authentic you have to like yourself.
You have to be OK with who you are, just the way you are, right now.
That means accepting everything about you.
Everything.
This is the foundation for creating the life you want.
With this perspective of yourself you will feel worthy of success, that you deserve it.
Then you'll work for it.
Not only that, you'll recognize the worthiness of others too, once you see it in yourself.
As Rocky says in Rocky Balboa, "Now, if you know what you worth, go out and get what you worth.
" We all have greatness inside but we don't always recognize it in ourselves.
So get to work.
Look closely at yourself.
Forgive yourself for anything you deem as a shortcoming.
Have it be OK.
Everyone has shortcomings.
It's part of being human.
No on is perfect.
Appreciate yourself for what you've accomplished, who you are as a friend, mother, worker, athlete, whatever is true for you.
Make a list of what you appreciate about yourself, read it over, close your eyes and with your whole being feel that appreciation.
Really feel it.
Then visualize who you want to be as you grow yourself.
Ask yourself, " What do I really want? Who do I want to be?" Take your time to picture the life of your dreams.
Include how you want to contribute to others.
Feel what it feels like to be that successful and giving person.
As Curt Frieden, a wise young colleague just said on the chat just now, a place where we support each other on an ongoing basis in this game of being an entrepreneur: "Take the time right now if you haven't done it yet today, and visualize exactly what you want out of this experience of becoming a successful entrepreneur.
Feel yourself already attaining your vision.
Feel the vibrational frequency once you have attained your goals.

Really feel it.
Get in touch with your emotions.
That is key.
Did you get that? Feeling the emotions is key.
Write about it.
Get clear.
See yourself as the leader, happy, successful, grateful, generous, feeling fulfilled.
Feel it now, in the present moment.
Don't' wait to be happy when you've paid your bills, made those millions, be that successful person right now.
You'll walk and talk differently.
You know where you are going, and you are comfortable with who you are.
With your relaxed and loving assessment of yourself you can be authentic, and that authenticity changes how you think, behave and take action.
That ability to visualize will create the life you desire.

Now you are ready to get to work and achieve your dreams.
