Diet and Asthma - The Final Word


Current evidence does not support taking specific supplements to prevent or improve your asthma. However, it does appear that good eating habits, such as increasing fruit and vegetable intake along with nuts and whole grains, may improve your asthma. Rather than looking for a magic pill, it appears that a well-balanced diet may be the best nutritional intervention for your asthma.
